About Us – Nitrobahn
The Beginning
Speed has always been a fascination for us. Be it the wind brushing your face, or the exhilarating pound of your heart, or the thrill of living by the edge – Pushing the limits of speed is a basic human desire. That love, not just grew, but engulfed us – and from it arose our desire to explore it.
The Name
Nitrous - Nitrous oxide (N2O), commonly known as Nitrous is often used as an oxidizer in rocketry and in motor racing to increase the power output of engines.
Autobahn - Autobahn is the German word for a major high-speed road restricted to motor vehicles capable of driving at least 37 mph and having full control of the vehicle.
The conglomeration of these synonyms of speed bore fruit to the name Nitrobahn.
The Goal
This fusion of speed with full control is a god given gift to some, while most develop it with practice. Either way – it would just not be possible without the right tool to exercise your mastery. You have to be at one with your tool. Know it inside & out. Breathe it. This is what we, at Nitrobahn, strive to help you achieve day in and day out.
