Bentley Continental GTC V8 gets debut at Geneva Motor Show
Bentley’s new Continental GTC V8, along with its coupe counterpart, the Continental GT V8, made its debut today at the Geneva Motor Show. Equipped with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, the Continental GTC V8 can generate up to 500 bhp at 6000 revs/minute, and a peak torque of 600 Nm between 1700 to 5000 revs/minute. Mated to a close-ratio eight-speed transmission, the Bentley Continental GTC can accelerate from 0 – 62 mph in as little as 4.7 seconds, with a top speed of 187 mph. The model can also deliver a 40 percent improvement in fuel efficiency and CO2 emissions, while travelling for over 500 miles in a single full tank of fuel.

With an overall length that measures in at 4806 mm, width at 2227 mm and height of 1404 mm, the Bentley Continental GTC V8 weights in at a kerb weight of 2295 kg. On the exterior, the GTC V8 will come equipped with a black gloss matrix grille surrounded by a chrome frame, classy red Bentley ‘B’ badges, and a three-segment front bumped separated by body-colored strakes. On the rear end, it features unique “figure eight” tail pipes and a red enamel Bentley ‘B’ badge. It also comes with standard 20-inch alloy wheels, with an optional 21-inch six spoke design in dramatic black and silver finishes.
