Chevrolet Cruze Station Wagon Arrives at 2012 Geneva Motor Show
Chevrolet Cruze Station Wagon has finally arrived at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show floor and can be seen posing proudly at Chevrolet’s stand. The third version of the best selling Cruze model, the Station Wagon flaunts a distinctive design and promises dynamic driving, space and economy.
Chevrolet Cruze Station Wagon features new and improved engines for the 2012 model. While the current 1.6L and 1.8L gasoline engines remain unchanged, additionally a new 1.4L turbo gasoline, a new 1.7L diesel and an improved 2.0L diesel engine complete the powertrain offer.
The station wagon is slightly longer than the hatchback and sedan models and measures 4,678mm. The generous boot space translates as 500 liters up to the window line in the rear to around 1,500 liters upto the roof top with the rear seats folded down.
Externally, Chevrolet revamps the car with a new front fascia, upgraded head-lamp and fog lamps, and new wheel styles. Inside, the car features a modified center console and more choice of seat finishes.
Other equipments offered in the car include keyless entry and start, auto start-stop, a rear view camera and company’s brand-new Chevrolet infotainment system MyLink.
While Chevrolet Cruze Station Wagon will be seen cruising on roads in Asia and Europe, U.S. plans are still on the shelf.
