Kia Teases Track’ster Concept Ahead of 2012 Chicago Auto Show

As the 2012 Chicago Auto Show is just around the corner, the Korean automaker Kia has released a teaser image of its Track’ster Concept . This hothatch concept is based on the Kia Soul urban crossover however will be a sportier version of the car.
It is not known whether the company will bring a production version of the car or not. But as the teaser image reveals, the car carries an extreme body kit, unlikely to be seen in a production form. There are no details about the Kia Track’ster Concept drivetrain currently however speculations state that the new Gamma Turbo GDI that made its debut recently in the Veloster Turbo is most likely to power this concept. That puts 208 hp and 195 lb-ft (265 Nm) of torque as well a manual gearbox on the menu of the car.
More details of this three door version of the sportier Kia Soul will arrive closer to or on February 8th as the car bows to the audiences at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show.
