A sketch of the newest concept spider out of the Pininfarina stable that pays homage to Alfa Romeo’s centenary, and its own 80th birthday has just been released. The spider concept is based off the two-seater Alfa 8C Competizione and will be unveiled at next months Geneva Motor Show.

InsideLine reports that Alfa has commissioned three concepts cars to mark its centenary celebrations as well as to “point the way to the future”, and that additional concepts are being created by Stile Bertone and Giugiaro Italdesign.
