Beijing Auto Show will have a Chinese line-up of new SUVs, EVs and Luxury Cars

The Chinese Auto industry has grown 30 percent this year, overstepping everyone’s expectation. This must be a result of the most awaited Auto show- Beijing Auto Show 2012. Most of the automakers are expanding their line ups of SUVs, Luxury cars and EVs to show their best in this one of the top most auto shows.

World brands like Honda, Nissan and general Motors, with their Chinese partners are coming up with new and affordable sub brands to compete in the entry level market, which earlier was ruled by domestic Chinese brands. With this China’s auspicious Auto show will result in a much more competitive auto market.

BMW has chosen Beijing for the world debut of its long-wheelbase 3-series sedan, whereas Honda‘s premium brand will showcase the NSX sports car concept that was showcased in January at the Detroit show. Bentley will display its EXP 9 F SUV concept, which debuted in March at the Geneva auto show. Modified versions of the Buick Regal and the Buick Excelle XT will be displayed by General Motors. It also plans to display three Chevrolet concepts: the Code 130R, Tru 140S and Miray.  A design concept based on its 300C large sedan is the pride introduction of Chrysler.

Fiat S.p.A.  will debut the Viaggio compact sedan, a rebadged version of the Dodge Dart, built by Fiat’s joint venture with Guangzhou Automobile Group in Changsha. Fiat also prepares to launch a hatchback version of  Viaggio in China. Ford Motor Co will introduce Ford Focus and three SUVs.

Toyota, Renault, Porsche, Nissan, Mazda, Kia, Jeep,Daimler, Citroen, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, and Aura are some of the major brands to show up on 23 April through May 2.  It is expected to be a world class auto show at Beijing this year.
