Toyota continues to play with its audiences by spilling teaser shots of its much talked about FT-Bh Concept or more elaborated as ‘Future Toyota B-segment hybrid.’ Here we have more shots and a video that have seeped through the company walls into the interwebs, and now stirring up the interests of its customers.

One of the shots appears to be the rear of the car from the three-quarter position while other vaguely appears to be an interesting headlight design with integrated LED lamps.

This hybrid mini car according to Toyota promises maximum fuel efficiency, roughly around 50 percent lower than its competitors in the supermini segment. The company touts to have used very economically viable methods and low cost materials for its manufacturing. That translates into no carbon fibre and a down-sized full hybrid powertrain. Toyota FT-Bh Concept  claims to weigh under 800kg (1,764 pounds). Even with so much curbing in the weight, Toyota affirms that the car will be as spacious as a five-door supermini.

For its FT-Bh Concept , Toyota has primarily focused on five factors to reach maximum efficiency. These are low weight, aerodynamic performance, powertrain efficiency, thermal energy management and electricity saving.  FT-Bh’s optimised aerodynamics are 30 per cent more proficient than an average supermini. However there are no details about what engine will assist Toyota in achieving the slated emissions target.

Toyota FT-Bh Concept will be officially unveiled at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show that starts from March 6. Toyota as we know will continue teasing us with such shots until its official debut at the show. Expect more details to arrive closer to the launch.
