Green is the new black in the celebrity world. More and more celebrities are going after alternate fuel cars like hydrogen-powered cars, electric and hybrid cars. Their choice for green cars can be seen as more of a political statement rather than anything else as if making the world greener was their aim, buy a hybrid car is the least they could afford to do. The Tesla roadster is the first attempt in the direction making an all-electric sports car. Although it costs close to a hundred thousand dollars, and still run out of juice short of hundred miles, this car is a genuinely enthusiastic performer. BMW Hydrogen 7:

The Hydrogen 7, as the name suggests, runs on hydrogen instead of gasoline. It is not a fuel-cell car that runs using an electric motor, like the Honda FCX Clarity. The only emission from the car is water. The car is ultra-rare, and its ownership is an invite-only experience. Naturally, that would also mean the car would be mostly carrying celebrities. Cadillac Escalade Hybrid:

With just limited number of these cars being planned to be produced, they will inevitably reach the hands of the VIPs.
