2015 Honda Fit Pricing Revealed
Honda has announced the pricing of the 2015 Fit which will start at $15,525. It is set to go on sale on April 14th in the United States. All Fit models are powered by a new and highly efficient 1.5-L engine developing 130 hp and 114 lb-ft of torque, with an EPA fuel-economy rating of 33/41/36 (city/highway/combined)5 for the LX with Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).
The entry-level LX features power windows / locks,cruise control and air conditioning. The model also has a rearview camera, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink and a four-speaker audio system. The $17,435 Fit EX adds a push-button ignition, floor mats and a six-speaker Display Audio system with a 7-inch display. The model also has 16-inch alloy wheels. The range-topping Fit EX-L starts at $19,800 and includes all the aforementioned equipment as well as heated leather front seats and a standard CVT transmission.
The Fit also features a long list of standard safety features which includes Vehicle Stability AssistTM (VSA) with traction control, side curtain airbags with rollover sensor, Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist, and Honda’s next-generation Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE) body structure. The new Fit targets the highest available crash-safety ratings: a five-star Overall Vehicle Score from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and a TOP SAFETY PICK rating from the (IIHS). Standard drive-assistive features on all trims include a multi-angle rearview camera with guidelines and expanded view driver’s mirror. The Honda LaneWatch display is standard on EX and above trims.
