Latest Details of 2015 Ford Mustang Surface

The next generation Mustang by Ford will see a sleeker and sportier design that buyers have not seen so far. The Mustang has generally been focused on buyers in the United States but the next generation model will be a world car that will attract customers from a variety of markets. This new model will be smaller in many ways. Most markets prefer sporty cars with a little less metal and a few more curves.

The curvier look of the new Mustang was revealed last year through the Evos Concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The current Mustang’s long hood and short deck profile will still remain intact along with several signature Mustang design cues like the rear-quarter windows and triple-lens taillamps.

The 2015 Ford Mustang will be powered by the existing 5.0-L V8 engine from the current model, while the V6 option may have to make way for the more efficient turbocharged four-cylinder unit. The straight axle rear end suspension setup which has been associated with the Mustang series for a long time is to be replaced with an independent setup. This replacement will result in improved driving dynamics of the model thus tempting the European customers. The new generation Mustang is expected to be unveiled at the 2014 New York Auto Show.
