Limited Edition of Kia Cerato eXtra Is More Charming
Kia’s brand new vehicle — the Kia Cerato eXtra has been confirmed as a new, trim level limited edition in the small car line-up. The Kia Cerato eXtra is a compact car that sits between other model vehicles from Kia such as the mid-range Cerato Si and top range SLi. The company, however, plans to make the new Kia Cerato eXtra available in both sedan and five-door hatch. The eXtra six-speed manual is worth $21,490, with the six-speed automatic a touch more at $23,490, which makes the vehicle $1250 more than a Si hatch and $1500 more for the sedan.
The new Kia Cerato eXtra comes with more styling tweaks and the extra features include 17-inch alloy wheels, rear parking sensors, a leather wrapped steering wheel, front fog lights and also chrome-tipped exhausts. Other features include Bluetooth, tilt and telescopic adjustable steering, cruise control, remote audio controls and folding exterior mirrors.
Even though the vehicle is available only on the hatch body style, there is also a new Racing Red paint scheme introduced for the Kia Cerato eXtra. Like in the existing Cerato models, the Kia Cerato eXtra is also powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder and keeps the same 115kW/194Nm. The limited edition Kia Cerato eXtra is available from Kia dealerships now.
