Mercedes-Benz is having one hell of a ball at the Cannes International Film Festival as its vehicles are used to carry celebrities at the star studded event that celebrates the awarding of the 65th Palme d’Or (Golden Palm). Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG wrapped in gold will be chauffeuring celebrities. During the festival, Mercedes-AMG will be inviting guests and visitors to feel the real ‘Driving performance’ of the vehicle with individual test drives alongside the French Riviera in various existing AMG models. Not only this, Mercedes will be displaying its Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG outside the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc during the festival.

“As a tribute to the 65th anniversary of the Palme d’Or, the golden Mercedes-Benz fleet will be driving through Cannes offering VIP guests of the film festival an outstanding shuttle service,” the automaker said in a statement.
