The waiting is over! Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) has announced the pricing for the new 2011 Nissan Versa and it is below the $10,000 level. Nissan has therefore not changed the price tag since 2009  and in doing so has provided Nissan quality to a larger number.

Prices for the entire 2011 Nissan Versa hatchback and compact sedan models have been announced. If you check the list, you will find $9,990 is good enough to fetch you Versa 1.6 Base 5MT. The price just remains the same as it was for its 2009 counterpart. Let us have a glance on the price list.

Despite having the prices unchanged, a number of new features have been incorporated in the new models of the car making them more comfortable and safe. Leaving 1.6 Base, the Versa Sedan 1.6 has been incorporated with the latest Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).

Distinguished features of the new Nissan Versa model year 2011 include Nissan Navigation System, XM Satellite Radio, Intelligent Key, and Bluetooth Phone System (Hands-free). These high-end auto features will makes this reasonably priced car sophisticated and competitive.

“The front-wheel drive Nissan Versa continues to provide excellent fuel efficiency without sacrificing performance or roominess. Versa features one of the highest standard horsepower/torque ratings and largest interiors in the entry-level segment,” says a press release on delivering the price list.

Augmenting the just-released price list, the press release says, “Effective immediately, Destination and Handling (D&H) charges will increase $10 to $750 USD on select Nissan models.”
