Toyota to Revamp Its Vehicle Design For Future

Toyota to rethink its vehicle designAs automakers continue to bring new and powerful models to meet the customer expectations, the automotive giant Toyota has also decided to revamp its vehicle design for future models. The move comes as part of Toyota’s wider plan to improve quality, both in terms of reliability and freedom from faults and also improve their vehicles through customer feedback.

As reported by InsideLine, the new look will be incorporated globally in order to make the look more consistent. There will be variation within this face to give individual models some character, as well as product groups such as SUVs and sports models.

The Japanese automaker would also cater to the regional requirements of the customers where cars will get a few subtle differences.

Lastly Toyota Europe boss, Didier Leroy, said that Toyota will also take care of the fact that no changes abandon any of its existing customers because most of them were very happy with their cars despite the company’s recent recall troubles.

Leroy strongly believes the European market would play a key role in development of Toyota vehicles, much more than that in Japan, the U.S. and elsewhere. This is because of more demanding customer base in the continent and “what works in Europe is likely to work elsewhere.” It will be really interesting to see how Toyota implements its plans to offer more uniqueness, novelty and variety in its cars keeping the customers happy and interested in the brand (for good reasons now).
