Updated Cayster GT 670 Introduced by Hofele Design
After the preview of the new Cayster GT 670 program for the Porsche Cayenne at last year’s Essen Motor Show, Hofele Design has now launched the tuning package into the market. Hofele Design turns the Cayene II into the Cayster GT 670 with its new 14-piece body kit. The original front bumper is replaced by a new styled bumper. The other exterior upgrades include LED daytime running lights, wheel arch extensions, a new vented hood with a power dome, side sills, boot spoiler, roof wing and a new rear bumper featuring a diffuser and quad pipes. It also features carbon fiber air intakes and a four-tailpipe exhaust system.
Stripes mounted just above the side skirts and 20 or 22 –inch alloy wheels also constitute the upgrades. The interior offers the customers a selection of leathers and colors for the seats, dashboard and door panels. The cabin is furnished with two-tone “StarLight” leather seats with quilted accents and Hofele logos on the headrest.
The performance upgrade options for the Cayenne can be equipped with either the 3.0-L TDI or 3.0-L TSI Hybrid power plant. The 3.0 TDI produces 241 hp and 550 Nm in standard guise. Hofele Design’s power kit produces 296 hp and 650 Nm. The hybrid model with 375 hp and 580 Nm is increased to 474 hp and 737 Nm. It also features an electric module that allows the driver to lift or lower the air-suspension depending on the SUV’s speed at the time.
