Will the Lamborgini Urus SUV Or the Estoque Sedan Hit Production First

Even though Lamborghini unveiled its new crossover concept — the Lamborghini Urus at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show, the SUV still has not been confirmed as the third-model in its line-up. The automaker yet has to confirm the production of the new model Urus SUV.

A press conference was held while the Urus concept was unveiled where Stephan Winkelmann, the CEO of Lamborghini made clear that decision regarding the production of the Urus SUV has not been made and they have no idea when the concept will enter production. He also added that if the concept becomes reality, then the company would sell it in the exclusive markets of USA, the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, the Middle East and China with an estimated annual production of around 3,000 units. As the brand is keen on quality based products, the Urus if produced will arrive with more styling tweaks which would really satisfy the need of the mass.

Besides, a question was asked to Winkelmann about the Estoque sedan during the Beijing Motor Show.  For that he replied that the Estoque is not dead yet and is still under consideration. According to him, the production of Estoque sedan was put on hold for a number of reasons and the higher-ups starting questioning whether the brand should do an SUV instead – which is how the Urus came about. It was back in 2008 at the Paris Motor Show, that the Italians previewed their idea of how a low-slung four-door sedan should look like with an impressive concept — the Estoque sedan.

Many have started polls on vehicle which Lamborghini should produce next. Should it be the Urus or the Estoque?
