Porsche tuner Techart Pumps Extra 200 hp into 911 Turbo

Porsche tuner’s Techart has done it again for Porsche fans that yearn for speed and higher performance. The new power kit from the German tuner gives Porsche 911 Turbo a remarkable boost of 200 horses and lots more.

Known as the TA 097/T3, the performance package modifies the 3.8-liter boxer engine of the car to produce a total of 700 HP and 880 Nm of torque. That is a potent upgrade by Techart with the initial output figures reading as 500 HP and 630 Nm of torque. With all the re-engineering, the Porsche 911 Turbo can now sprint from 0 to 100km/h (62mph) in just 2.8 seconds and do 200km/h (124mph) in 9.0 seconds dead, as it shoots to a top speed of 352 km/h.

All this has been achieved with a bunch of goodies from the tuner that include the TECHART sport air filter, TECHARTmanifolds, the TECHART Turbo chargers VTG, the TECHART high performance intercoolers as well as the TECHART engine styling package in carbon-fibre.

The price details for this performance formula however remains unknown.
