The Subaru Exiga is a combination of a station-wagon, an MPV and a crossover model. It can seat a maximum of seven passengers in its three rows. On the exterior, STI stylized the Exiga 2.0GT with latest aero accessories such as a front lip spoiler, side skirts, 17-inch alloy wheels and with sporty exhaust tips out the back. STI also has applied its expertise on the chassis of the Exiga 2.0GT. The car also benefits from the upgrades to the brake, suspension and steering systems.
The seven-seater’s interior gets an STI sport seats in a combination of Alcantara and leather with contrasting red stitching- as in the Impreza STI hatch. The Subaru has revealed a virile black interior color. The driver has an STI-badged MOMO steering wheel to play with along with a red engine Start or Stop button. Even the automatic gear lever gets adorned with an STI logo. There is also a carbon fiber trim, STI gauges on the instrument panel and aluminum pedals. These features should provide a sporty feeling to the occupants as well as with adorable style.
Subaru said that the Exiga 2.0GT STI will be Japanese market-only for the time being, and a limited number of 300 units will be produced now. The pricing is set at 3,591,000 Yen, which is equivalent, to $39,700 US.
